About Me

I am a wife and mother of two beautiful girls and three step children/adults.  I have been sewing for over 15 years.  I was taught by my mother as a child because she enjoyed sewing, she shared this gift with my siblings and I. Creating Cloth Dolls came naturally for me.  My love for dolls never ended.    The transformation of bits of fabric, dabs of paint, and snippets of yarn into a lively little person is truly a magical process.  As well as making custom cloths for children.  You see beautiful vibrate material on bolts and the feel of the fabric is so soft.  My creativity starts to flow as to how this fabric can be created into something beautiful.  My family helped me sell them in craft shows, stores in New York and in Georgia.

While in Joanne Fabrics I was asked if I would be interested in teaching Sewing Classes in 2008.  I taught at Joanne as an independent contractor for 2 years.  I currently have been teaching at Hobby Lobby in Buford since May 2009 as an independent contractor.  The experience and response to having the opportunity to teach people how to sew at  Hobby Lobby  has been Awesome!  The atmosphere is wonderful and the fabric selection and quality is extensive.

Sewing beautiful dresses for my daughters was the start of sewing children cloths for others.  This extention of my business started Summer 2010.  This peaceful hobby become a creative outlet for myself.  The teaching experience and the ability to "introduce children and adults to a practical life skill, an enjoyable hobby, and a wonderful form of creative expression" is very rewarding.  Thanks to the loving support of my husband Lloyd I am able to continue my dreams.

Thank you
