Animal Bed

This is a fun NO Sew Class for the person that isn't quite sure they want to learn how to sew yet.
If you have a Dog or Cat or you know someone that has a pet. This is the perfect GIFT!

Supplies: I provide the pattern all I need to know from you is what size you would like to make, Small 26", Medium 36", & Large 46" round. Also, if you want to make it with contrasting fabric.

I will let you know how much FLEECE you need. & a sharp pair of Scissors

We have a cat named Adam so my daughters will be making a bed for him this weekend. Hopefully we can get pictures up asap.

Lounge Pants

Give the Gift of Handmade this year!

The Lounge pants are sooooo comfortable. A fun project. Once you make one pair you have to make another!

This class will re enforce your sewing skills. You will continue your skills from the previous class gaining a basic understanding of your pattern, hemming, creating an elastic casing, sewing straight lines. You will be rewarded with a wonderful pair of Lounge Pants to wear when opening presents or for someone else to open Christmas Day .

Refresh your living room or bedroom with a new pillow for the upcoming Holiday's! Learn how to make a professional looking pillow. You will learn how to make your own piping as well as how to stuff a pillow. Once you make one you will have to make another.

This class will take you from zero to sewing. Learn the mechanics of threading, bobbin winding, needle insertion, interfacing, types of fabrics & tool basics. Practice sewing basic stitches. Introduction to pattern reading, get ready for the next class.

Worksheet and practice fabric provided.

How to Read a Pattern

In this class, students will learn the basics of pattern markings. We will walk
threw a pattern. Including, notches, button hole placement, darts etc. Students
will learn how to properly layout a pattern as well as cut a pattern.
Students will walk away with an understanding of how to properly
measure and select the correct pattern size. Lots of demonstrations
and worksheets. Come Learn and have fun!

Sewing Lounge Pants

Prerequisite Beginner Sewing, suggest taking How to Read a Pattern.

Childrens Classes - Make a Small throw pillow while learning the basics of sewing, and how to stuff. Add a pop of color to your bedroom. Class price includes practice fabric and pillow kit and stuffing. We will take a 10 min. break so bring a snack. We're going to have a lot of fun!
